Representative Austen Schauer was recognized as one of the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber's (FMWF) 2025 Exemplary Legislative Leaders for his work during the 69th Legislative Session.

The FMWF Chamber cited that Schauer "championed numerous priorities, including funding for research and technology and the Fargo National Cemetery, and was pivotol in the defeat of the Defend the Guard bill."

The FMWF does not endorse candidates, but recognizes area legislators who demonstrate a strong commitment to the FMWF community and exemplary leadership throughout the legislative session by championing many of The Chamber's legislative priorities.
